Why does my account get locked overnight, everyday?

The account gets locked every day even after it has been unlocked and agent has used the correct password.
The reason for this behavior is due to the password configuration option.
For example, when the account is created and the password is setup to expire after 90 days, the agent will receive the notifications to reset the password before those 90 days have passed. If the notifications are ignored and the password has not been changed within 90 days from the initial password setup, the account gets locked. If the account is then unlocked, but the password has not been changed, the account will get locked again the next day.
To resolve this behavior, unlock the account and reset the password at the same time.
