ローカル・キャッシュ・エントリを削除して、新しいコピーをサーバーから取得できます。Oracle B2C Serviceアプリケーションを終了してこれらのファイルを手動で削除する必要はありません。ローカル・キャッシュ・ファイルには、すべてのオプション・リスト・データ(カスタマイズ可能なメニュー項目など、ドロップダウン・メニューまたはメニュー・リストからアクセスするデータ)に加え、レポートおよびワークスペース定義、質問、ドキュメント、標準テキストなどの追加データが格納されます。共通データのローカル・コピーがサーバー上のデータと一致しているかどうか不確かな場合は、ローカル・キャッシュを再構築して、最新のデータを取得してください。
注意: ローカル・キャッシュを再構築する際には、事前にCX管理者に確認してください。管理者がどなたか分からない場合は上司に訊いて下さい。
ローカル・キャッシュを再構築するには:
データがすべてサーバーから取得され、キャッシュに書き込まれると、プログレス・バーが「Oracle Service Cloud オプション」ウィンドウと同時に閉じます。
