Why don't I see my chosen message when I have set the AGENTS_AVAILABLE_CHAT_PLEASE_TRY_MSG  configuration setting when using a conditional chat widget?

The ChatEngagementStatus widget has the following status items defaulted to rn_Hidden

                   Cancelled by User

                   Self Service  (customer found an answer)

                   No Agents Available

                   Queue Timeout

                   Removed from Queue

If you want to display these status items, use this widget as a starting point and build a custom widget.
