In tabbing within a workspace, why does the tab jump all over (not in sequential order)?

Environment:

Workspaces
Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

Select the field where tabbing goes awry > right click > select "set Parent Table's tab indexes from top to bottom".

Resetting this at the point the tabbing order breaks can resolve this behavior.
