Disabling the Support Account Creation email when using PTA

How do I disable the Support Account Creation email when contacts are created from the CX console?

Environment:

Sites using PTA (PTA_ENABLED = 1 and PTA_IGNORE_CONTACT_PASSWORD = 1)

Resolution: 

Message Templates allows more control over the messages sent from the console.  The Message Templates editor allows you to disable the send of the New Contact Password Reset message type (which is the support account creation email).

1. Open Configuration -> Site Configuration -> Message Templates
2. Select the interface
3. Click Contact Emails in the ribbon
4. Select Account Management
5. Uncheck the "Send" checkbox for New Contact Password Reset
6. Click Save in the ribbon
