Floating or undocking a window

Is there a way to lock or float a CX window or tab so it is always on top?
Environment:
Workspaces, Docking / Un-docking windows
Supported in all Oracle B2C Service versions, .NET console
Not Supported in Agent Browser UI (BUI)
Resolution:
You can right-click on a tab in the Media Bar and select "Open in New Window" to undock it into a separate view. To return the window to the Media Bar click on the icon 
in the upper right hand corner of the screen "Dock to Console."
