Which fields can be used in IF conditions for the different types of business rules?
Environment:
Business Rules in .NET console of Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
When creating rules, the fields that you can include in the rule depend on which type of rule you are setting up. For the rule types listed below, you can set IF conditions for fields in the corresponding tables:

If you have created custom fields, the custom fields are also available for use in an IF condition of a rule and they will display under the appropriate table name, i.e. incidents, contacts, or organizations, for example. Custom Objects are not available in the IF condition of rules.
