How do I configure a staff account in Agent Browser UI?
Environment:
Agent Browser UI version 3.25.06.20-b0001 or newer
Oracle B2C Service 25B or newer
Resolution:
The Staff Account Editor is now supported in BUI.
The Staff Account Editor can be accessed in the Administration page in the browser UI.
In addition, there are reports that can be added to the Navigation Set, from the report a staff account can be created or edited.
Reports include Staff Account by Profile, Staff Account by Group, and Staff Account by Manager.
To access the Staff Account Editor, the user will need to have Profile for Groups / Accounts / Distribution enabled.
Note: Not yet supported in the Staff Account Editor in BUI includes: custom fields, custom attributes, creating a new group, and creating a new manager.
