Where can I find service metrics these days?

Where can I find data about my subscription entitlements and usage?
As of April, 2025, the legacy compliance dashboard that was located at https://hms.custhelp.com/csi/enduser_compliance.php has been decommissioned. There are no metrics that were available to you in that dashboard, that are not available to you through other sources.
To get to usage metrics, you have two options:
(1) The Service Usage Metrics Dashboard. This requires Agent Browser UI access to the site for which you would like to see metrics. The documentation for the dashboard is located here. Administrators will want to add it to their navigation set. This option only applies if you have an Oracle B2C Service site. If you have a stand alone Intelligent Advisor site, please see option 2 below.
(2) The SaaS Usage Report
This report has been moved out of My Services along with all other B2C related functionality, and into Cloud Console. If you have a stand alone Intelligent Advisor site (i.e. it is not connected to an Oracle B2C Service site), you must use this option to access your usage reports. In order to view your SaaS Usage Report, you will need access to your tenancy there. Permissions for the report are provided by the following 3 steps:
- Create a policy. Access the Policy Builder to create your policy by clicking on the 'Manage policies' link under Quick actions on the Applications home page that you land on when you log into your Oracle Cloud Console. The Policies page will open and next click on the the 'Create Policy' button to start the creation of your policy. Create a policy with the following statements:
Define tenancy usage-report as ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaaned4fkpkisbwjlr56u7cj63lf3wffbilvqknstgtvzub7vhqkggq
Endorse group '<identity-domain-name'/'<your-group-name>' to read objects in tenancy usage-report
Allow group '<identity-domain-name'/'<your-group-name>' to read organizations-subscriptions in tenancy
Allow group '<identity-domain-name'/'<your-group-name>' to read subscriptions in tenancy
Allow group '<identity-domain-name'/'<your-group-name>' to read organizations-assigned-subscriptions in tenancy
Allow group '<identity-domain-name'/'<your-group-name>' to read organizations-subscription-regions in tenancy - Assigning the user who wants access to the group mentioned in that policy
Access your usage reports by clicking on the 'View Subscriptions' link under Quick actions on the Applications home page. (You can also go to Billing -> Subscriptions by searching for "billing" in the search bar and clicking on your subscription there). Next steps to access your report(s):
*Click on the link for the relevant subscription ID
*On the Subscriptions detail page, click on Usage under the Resources (left side of the page)
*Select the usage report name to download it as a .PDF file.
