Why do I not see any information available in Job Scheduler - Job Execution Details?
Environment:
- Job Scheduler custom PHP script
- Oracle B2C Service sites version 24C or higher
Issue:
We have configured a custom script via job scheduler on our 24C version site. Job Scheduler is able to run the script with success status. However, there are no Job Execution Details produced. I do believe that I have done everything correctly, please could you investigate as to why there is no information?
Cause:
The Job Execution Details have been introduced in the 25A version, and this is the reason there is no information produced or available on the 24C site as described.
Resolution:
Once sites have upgraded to Oracle B2C Service version 25A the functionality will be available by default on sites with the Job Scheduler enabled.
