How can an agent mention another agent in an incident thread?

Environment:
Oracle B2C Service
Agent Browser UI
BUI

Requirements:
Oracle B2C Service version 24A or higher

Resolution
Agents can notify a specific staff member within the system by using the "@" symbol followed by their name in a private note on an incident within the browser UI.  A mention can only be made within a private note.  The account record must also have an email address defined to be eligible for mention.  

If all conditions mentioned in Email Notifications for Staff Accounts - @MENTIONS are met, the mentioned account will receive an email notification as well as a notification in the bell icon in the upper right corner.  

If the conditions are not met, the mentioned account will receive a notification via the bell icon in the upper right corner but no email.  The agent who created the mention will also receive a notification via the bell icon that states, "Failed to send response" - indicating that no email was sent.
