What type of files can be imported for test cases while using Policy Modeling?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service, Intelligent Advisor, Policy modeling
Issue:
When attempting to upload Test Cases to your project, the Policy Modeling add-in is not appearing.
Resolution:
Please check the file extension and make sure it is an .xlsx file. The file format .xls will open, but you will not be able to use it. You are however able to use the Save As function and save it with the format that will allow you to use it in the Policy Modeling test case.
