How can I get the compliance reports for Oracle B2C Service?

Environment:

All versions of Oracle B2C Service.

IDCS/OCI environment customers

Issue:

My company needs compliance (security) reports for Oracle B2C Service.  

Resolution:

Oracle B2C Service compliance reports are available for download in the Oracle Cloud portal.

1- Click on Sign In on cloud.oracle.com.

2- Select the 'Cloud Account Name’, click Next, and proceed to login.

3- Scroll down on the page and click on the 'Oracle B2C Services' link as shown below.  You may need to search for 'Oracle B2C Service' in the Search menu.

4- Click on the 'compliance documents' link.

If you are unable to download the documents, you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager and they will work with our Security team or the appropriate team to gather the requested information.
