Resolution:
The data lifecycle policies support purge of Incident Threads from 24B release. A canned policy is provided to purge Incident Threads of type ‘Chat Transcripts’. The policy enables the admins to choose the retention period of the Chat Transcripts by allowing to specify the value for the ‘Date Created’ filter in the template.
