In this session, Technical Support Engineer Jamal Martin walked us through creation of a basic embedded chat inlay rule and the use of Inspector Window to troubleshoot Engagement Engine issues. The content was designed for Oracle B2C Service users who are already familiar with configuring Engagement Engine and covered the following:

  • Enabling and accessing the Inspector Window Tool
  • Review of Inspector Window sections
  • Useful Inspector Window data for troubleshooting rules
  • Common customer issues and how to troubleshoot
