I cannot find all of the metrics in the SaaS Usage Metrics PDF. Are all RightNow commercial metrics reported there?

Resolution:
Not yet. While metrics are being evaluated for commercial accuracy, they are not being reported. The SKUs that are currently being reported are included in the Metric Descriptions for Oracle Service Offerings.
