Where can I find my SaaS Service Usage Metrics Report?

Resolution:

To access and view Usage Metrics Reports, users must be a Service Administrator and/or a Service Instance Administrator.
  1. Sign in to My Services portal (cloud.oracle.com or for more details see Accessing My Services and Configuration Assistant)
  2. Click a service tile
  3. Click the Documents tab
  4. Click the For Service Instances tab
  5. From the Document Type menu, select USAGE_METRICS
  6. The report can be downloaded as a PDF
