Why is the incident response not in a single email thread?

Environment:

Outgoing E-mail
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Resolution:

Agent incident response creates new message. This means that the message is not a reply to the end-user's previous email response. As a result, the end-user may not be able to see incident responses in a single conversation / thread in their email client as expected.
