Message template used when rules trigger a response

Where can I see the message template for responses sent from a business rule? 

Environment:

Message Templates
Oracle B2C Service, All supported versions

Issue:

The email received by the end user looks different than expected. I see that the response is a standard text sent from our business rules. How can I view the message template? 

Resolution:

The Rule Email message template can be found here: 

   Site Configuration -> Message Templates -> Contact Emails -> Rules -> Rule Email
