Why is the “Enable” button greyed out for Live Experience?
Environment: B2C Service, Live Experience (LX)
Resolution:
The “Enable” button for Live Experience is activated in Configuration Assistant only when the Live Experience subscription purchased is for B2C Service i.e. the name of the product purchased is “Oracle Live Experience for RightNow Cloud Service”. Standalone Live Experience instances cannot be enabled in Configuration Assistant. Supported Live Experience SKUs are:

To enable a standalone Live Experience subscription, please refer to a Live Experience activation email sent to an administrator of the Identity Domain/Cloud Account which is typically titled "Action Required: Welcome to New Oracle Cloud Service Subscription(s)".
