Why is my Live Experience display name an email.

Display name Live Experience

Environment:Live Experience, SSO, SAML, IDCS

Issue (optional): Why is my Live Experience video call using my email as the display name.

Resolution: You will need to make sure the Attribute Configuration Section has been completed for the User Attribute's. This can be done by including the Optional user.firstName, user.lastName in the additional user attributes.

Cause (optional): This issue is caused when the first and last name have not been provisioned by the IDCS users, thus Live Experience will use the email address as the full name.
