How do I find the Engagement Engine Account ID #?

Resolution:
When submitting a service request related to the Engagement Engine product, Technical Support will request the Engagement Engine Account ID in order to be able to investigate any specific requests.
You can find the Engagement Engine Account ID # by accessing Engagement Engine Rules page > click on the 'Help' tab in the main navigation bar > click 'SETUP' in the pop up window > locate the 12 digit number in the code, which is your Account ID.
