How can I get the Disaster Recovery (DR) reports for Oracle B2C Service?
Environment:
All versions of Oracle B2C Service
Non-IDCS environment customers
Issue:
My company needs the Disaster Recovery (DR) reports for Oracle B2C Service. This is for customers not migrated to the IDCS environment. If you have been migrated to IDCS, please see Answer ID 12859: Oracle B2C Service Disaster Recovery (DR) Reports
Resolution:
Disaster Recovery (DR) reports are available for download in the Oracle Cloud Portal.
1- Click on Sign In on cloud.oracle.com/sign-in
2- Select the 'Sign In Using Traditional Account Name’ option, appropriate Identity Domain, Commercial Data Center, and proceed to log in.
3- Click on a service tile from your Dashboard. (i.e. RNOW or your site name). If you do not see the 'Service' tile, you will need to click on the gear icon beside the 'Dashboard' text shown in the screenshot below.
4- Select Documents from the navigation tab.
A set of reports available to you will be displayed. By utilizing the drop-down menu, the list can filtered by report type. The Disaster Recovery (DR Evidence) report is available for download.
If you are unable to download the documents, you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager and they will work with our Security team or the appropriate team to gather the requested information.
