How do we create a second URL answer content type?
Environment:
- Oracle B2C Service sites using Knowledge Advanced
- Any version
Issue:
The knowledge base administrator wants to create multiple URL answer content types.
Resolution:
This is not possible. For a content type to be treated as a URL answer content type, the reference key must be exactly "URL_ANSWER". Since the reference key must be unique, there is no way to create a second content type of this nature.
