Why can't I use the Connect REST API to access knowledge base articles when my site has Knowledge Advanced?
Environment:
Sites with optional Knowledge Advanced component
Issue:
Unable to access knowledge base content via REST API
Resolution:
Instead of trying to use the Connect APIs, an integrator should use the Knowledge Advanced REST API to access the knowledge base. See the following resources:
- Documentation for Knowledge Advanced (see the REST API library link for your version)
- Technical Documentation and Sample Code has reference materials for all the product APIs.
