How do I add links to Knowledgebase Answers in the Standard Text editor?
Environment:
Standard Text Editor
Oracle B2C Service, All versions
Resolution:
You should be able to follow the steps below to create a standard text with answer links.
1. Open the Standard Text editor.
2. Click on the HTML option.
3. Click on the Hyperlink 'Insert a Link' icon in the toolbar.
4. Add the answer link (note, you will need to open the answer and copy the URL).
5. Add the desired link text.
