What does the "Include Parent" checkbox in my workspace rule to include menu items do?
Environment:
Workspace rules
Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
When configuring the workspace rule to include menu items be sure to uncheck "Include Parent" if you desire that the parent should not be selectable.
When "Include Parent" is checked, the parent is selectable in addition to the children that are selected.
When the "Include Parent" is unchecked the parent will display as gray and not be selectable.
