How can I opt out of the automatic upgrade process for my Intelligent Advisor sites?
In order to opt out of the automatic upgrade process for the Intelligent Advisor sites, one must open a service request with the Oracle Service Cloud technical support department, providing the following:
1. A business case as to why the opting out is needed for the specific Intelligent Advisor site.
2 A plan on when the upgrade will take place instead (this needs to be prior to the next General Availability quarterly release).
Once this is provided, the request will be analyzed and processed and, if accepted, the site will be removed from the list of sites added to the automatic upgrade process.
