Why is the techmail run showing "Error verifying SSL certificate"?
Oracle B2C Service stores common root certificates. There is a configuration named USE_KNOWN_ROOT_CAS which is on by default. Meaning, your site will use the root certificates we have. If this configuration is turned off, this can result in the error verifying SSL certificate. That message is seen in the techmail runs when you have externally hosted mailboxes. The solution is to make sure this configuration setting is turned on. If turning the configuration on does not resolve the error, please submit a service request and we trace the behavior to better identify what is happening.
