How can I manage SSL certificates used for integrations to external systems?

Integrations/Customizations, All product versions
Resolution:
Certificates used for integrations to external systems can be managed using the File Manager in the agent console. From the File Manager use the 'Switch to' list box to choose 'Additional root certificates' or 'Intermediate certificates'. Either selection can be used to upload a .pem or .cer file in base64 format.
Files uploaded for 'Additional root certificates' will be located in the '/cgi-bin/[site name].db/certs/ca' directory, and files uploaded for the 'Intermediate certificates' will be located in the '/cgi-bin/[site name].db/certs/uca' directory.
