Logging into the Browser UI is not creating an entry on the user_trans table

Why do I not see a user_trans transaction when I log into the Browser UI?
Environment:
Browser User Interface (BUI),
Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
Logging into the Browser UI will record an entry in the account_session_history table but not the user_trans table. If you would like to view a list of accounts who have logged into the Browser UI AgentWeb, you can create a report against the account_session_history table.
