Why is my OkcsKnowledgeSyndication widget not displaying anything on my external page?


Oracle Knowledge Advanced (OKCS) - all versions

When the OkcsKnowledgeSyndication widget is used, it does not display any answers on the external page, even if there are no restrictions at the user groups level.


Syndicated widgets are linked to specific interfaces.

Knowledge Advanced answers/articles are associated with specific views, which enables them to become public on specific interfaces.

Consequently, an OkcsKnowledgeSyndication widget will only display answers that are associated with the views corresponding to the interfaces the widget is linked to.
