Why do I receive a 'console only supports...' error message when creating a new record?

Environment:

Workspaces, Analytics
Oracle B2C Service

Issue:

When creating a new incident, an error message is received:

 "Console View only support IReport and IDashboard"

Resolution:

This error message is caused by missing reports that are still referenced in the workspace.

To correct this, you will want to edit the workspace being used and confirm all embedded reports are still valid.
