Is it possible to use the "View Results" link in a schedule report?
Environment:
AnalyticsOracle B2C Service, All versions
Resolution:
It is not possible to use the "View Results" link in the standard report or other reports that use the "View Results" option outside of the CX Console.
Example:
Survey Results by Chat Session (ID 7026)
path: \Public Reports\Feedback\Chat Surveys
That is, if you schedule these reports you will not be able to use the "View Results" link from the sent schedule.
