Workspace rule / workflow execution when refreshing a record

When refreshing a record (incident, contact, etc), will workspace or workflow rules be triggered again?

Resolution:
Refresh simply reloads the data that your are editing. It does not restart workflows or fire Editor Loaded workspace rules. Any actions within the workspace (such as selecting the first tab) will not be triggered again.
