How do I move a mailbox to another interface or site?

Environment:

Mailboxes, Multi-Interface Site
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Resolution: 

At this time the only way to move a mailbox to another interface or site is to submit a service request to Ask Technical Support.

Some items that should be noted in the service request are if the mailbox to be moved is a default mailbox or if you are planning on disabling the original interface of the mailboxes. If you moving the mailboxes due to disabling an interface, you will need to move all active incidents from the interface being disabled to a new interface prior to moving the mailboxes or else your agents will not be able to send responses.
