Why am I not seeing the list of emails in my report on the upgrade site as I do on my production site?

Environment:

Reports that query the mailing_formats table

Upgrade site, Customer Portal

Issue:

On your production site, you are seeing all emails with the "completed" status in your report. However, on your upgrade site you are only seeing one email.

Resolution:

After cutover your site will be associated to the production database again, where this was unchanged. So, you will see the full list of emails again in that report.

Cause:

When an upgrade site is created, a script runs that sets the status_id in the mailing_formats table to 1 (draft). On production, the status_id is 8 (complete).
