Session display screen disappears in ACB mode

Why is the session screen in the browser disappearing when we go to ACB mode?




If the end-user customer has multiple monitors, the Advanced Cobrowse session will only display the end-user's primary monitor to the Cobrowse agent. The end-user customer may need to move the browser to be shared so it is displayed in the primary monitor.
