Why is the Answer ID not displaying on the answer detail page?

Oracle Service Cloud
To resolve this behavior, add this line of code
#rn:msg:ANSWER_ID_LBL# <rn:field name="Answer.a_id" />
...to the details page before this line of code
#rn:msg:PUBLISHED_LBL# <rn:field name="Answer.CreatedTime" />
Changes must be staged and deployed. Once done, the page will the display the answer ID for that answer before the published date.
