The TopAnswers Widget is not showing my answers?
Environment:
Customer Portal version 3.3.1 (CP v3.3.x) and above
Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
When using the TopAnswer widget, the displaying of answers has to do with their scoring. The scoring is related to the number of times an answer is viewed. As the answer is viewed more often, its score changes and moves it up in the list.
