Can I modify the amount of time without activity before a chat is automatically disconnected?

By default, a chat will automatically timeout if there is no activity for 10 minutes. This length of time is controlled by a hidden configuration setting, and if you would like it changed please submit a service request to Ask Technical Support. Please note that the minimum this can be set to is 5 minutes.
NOTE: The CS_IDLE_TIMEOUT configuration setting is now visible starting in the February 2017 version.
