Why is the status in VCIO green even though site down incident is still in progress?
Outage issue still exists, VCIO shows as red, but once customer creates service request to Technical Support, issue is still there, but VCIO shows green which means the issue has been fixed.
Once a VCIO is opened, Technical Support will pick it up and create a service request (SR). That SR will be treated as a severity 1. The VCIO will be closed.
For this reason, the issue function is green by logging into VCIO, but related priority SR is still in progress while the issue exists on a site.
