How do end users get the Cobrowse link when I have Stealth mode activated?

Environment:

Cobrowse, Stealth Mode

Resolution: 

Stealth mode just means that the Cobrowse link is hidden on your organization's web page(s). To get the Cobrowse link to display, the end user should select Ctrl + Enter on their keyboard (if using an iPad, they need to swipe with 3 fingers). The Cobrowse tab should display on the bottom of the browser window.  End users can then click this tab to get a session ID to provide to your agent.

To turn on Stealth mode, you will need to follow below steps:

1. Login to your Cobrowse Administrator account at www.livelook.com/WebTools/MyLiveLOOK/Login.aspx
2. In the left side menu, go to Products > Cobrowse > Configuration 
3. Click on the 'Optional Configuration' link - in order to expand it
4. Check the box for 'Stealth mode' and then click 'Save'
