What is Oracle Cloud Portal?
Oracle Cloud Portal / My Services / Configuration Assistant
Oracle Cloud Portal (cloud.oracle.com) houses self-service tools that Oracle B2C Service customers can use to manage their sites/instances. Within the Oracle Cloud Portal, you can find the My Services area and the Configuration Assistant self-service tools.
Please reference the document below for detailed instructions on the tasks that can be completed in the Configuration Assistant self-service tool.
An organization must be granted access to Oracle Cloud Portal. Once access has been granted, a Welcome Email will be sent. Please note, Oracle B2C Service Technical Support agents have no insight into the access granting processes.
