How can I request a data center migration?

Environment:

Datacenter/pod migration requests.

Resolution:

Pod migrations require a change to the Oracle B2C Service contract.  Customers need to work with their Sales Account Manager to make the contract changes and engage the Cloud Assist Team to complete contract changes.

NOTE: A pod migration cannot take place during an update.  The update must be complete before a production site can be migrated.
