How do I edit the ribbon options when an agent launches a report?

Environment:

Analytics, ribbon, Custom record commands

Resolution:

Yes, you can change the options that display in the ribbon by editing the Customize Record Commands.

Where to access it: Edit Report > "Records" button on Home tab. (Only available if you have a record table in the report, such as incidents.)

Additionally, one could utilize the Quick Access Bar.  This can be done in the following steps:

1. Right Click on the item you want to use and select "Add to Quick Access Bar"
2. Right Click again on the icon and select "Place Quick Access Bar below the Ribbon"
3. Right Click Again and Select "Minimize the Ribbon"

This will make it so that you can only see the Quick access bar and the features you have selected.
