What does "No Logfile found!" mean?

Why can't I view the error logs? It says "No Logfile found!"
Environment:
Site Configuration versions May 2010 and newer
Resolution:
Error Logs are only created when there are errors. If you see a message, "No Logfile found!", that just means that there have been no recent errors.
