How do I review past Customer Service Portal (CSP) notifications?
Customer Service Portal (CSP) notifications
If you happen to miss a CSP notification they are available on the Oracle RightNow VCIO Cloud Service portal.
1. Navigate to https://csp.rightnow.com/vcio/ and log in with your cx.rightnow.com username and password.
2. Expand Historical Service Status by clicking the '+' beside the text.
3. Search for the dates you are interested.
4. Expand the service issue by clicking the '+'.
While logged in to the portal you can check your notification preferences by clicking Preferences -> Notifications. There are separate opt-ins for Service Issue and Maintenance Notifications.
