If you have reported performance issues related to your Oracle B2C Service application, Technical Support may request that you run the Workstation and Network Data Collector utility and attach the resulting .txt file to the incident.

Note: It is not recommended to use FireFox to save this file. It will attach a .txt extension that you will not be able to remove.
Obtaining Site and Interface name: To run this file, you must know the site name and interface name for the application.
