How can I exclude an email address from receiving surveys?
To exclude a contact out of receiving a survey, open the contact record and set the appropriate Global opt-in field to No, so that surveys sent based on that field are not sent.
To exclude a contact from receiving any surveys, set the Global Opt-In field to No. Then, make sure all of your surveys honor the Global Opt-in field on the Audiences tab.
